The outdoor pool area was nice, and kids loved the mini-golf and playground. Check-in took way too long, and the internet connection was slow. The two-bedroom suite was spacious, but we found it a bit worn in places.

Special mention to the staff member who changed our room to the first floor. Noise from upstairs was noticeable, yet the overall ambiance was serene. Property felt safe, with lovely, flowering trees enhancing the atmosphere. Renting a golf cart would have been a fantastic addition. the time-share pitch was aggressive and misleading. The condo itself was outdated and infested with ants. The indoor pool was not properly maintained, and Wi-Fi was inconsistent. A lingering, syrupy smell did not make for a pleasant experience. Limited dining options were another drawback.

Beautiful space, beautiful amenities with a spacious loft-style layout and a serene atmosphere that allowed for relaxation by the pools and the comfort of having a living room and dining area in our unit.

I loved how easy it was to explore nearby attractions like Jamestown Settlement, just over 4 km away, and Kidsburg, less than a 10-minute walk, while enjoying spacious and comfortable rooms with a full kitchen and washer-dryer setup, although the unit could use some remodeling.

Had a cozy Christmas stay in a not, so, updated room with a lovely view of the lake. The staff was friendly and gave us a great room since it was my partner's birthday. We enjoyed fishing and chips at the on, site restaurant. The pool was clean, and having an adult, only section was a cool bonus. Loved the mini, golf and easy access to nearby attractions like Jamestown and Billsburg Brewing.

The room was outdated and furniture worn out. Resort activities were lacking maintenance , minigolf unkempt, flat tires on bikes, and overcrowded, smelly pools.

I felt safe and really enjoyed the beautiful location. The staff were friendly and professional, making our check, in process smooth and hassle, free. Special shoutout to Jordan for being awesome! there were a few drawbacks that I feel need improvement. the beds were quite uncomfortable, especially the king mattress which felt like cardboard. The pullout sofa bed was basically unusable, so we ended up having to use an air mattress instead. The room itself didn't seem to live up to the advertised renovations under new management. It felt exactly the same as the previous year, which was a bit disappointing. we encountered issues with the amenities. The TVs in our rooms didn't work the entire weekend, and the front desk informed us about Internet or cable issues that were being resolved, but no alternative accommodations were made. The Wi, Fi also required an additional cost per day, which seemed a bit unnecessary considering the overall price we were paying for the stay. while there were standout positives like the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff, the lack of comfort in the rooms and the various amenities issues left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths. We were hoping for a more updated and comfortable experience, especially considering the price we paid. Just wanted to share my honest thoughts for anyone considering a stay at the Hilton Vacation Club.

i had a wonderful stay at hilton. the 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a cozy fireplace. the resort had numerous amenities including tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, and a store. the staff was very helpful, and the check-in/out process was smooth. the provided amenities were of excellent quality, and the grounds were well-maintained. the location offered plenty of dining and shopping options, and the beds were very comfortable. overall, it was a delightful and comfortable stay.

Oh, just adored sleeping in dirty, gritty sheets and discovering someone else's hair in the shower. So luxurious!

My friends and I had a blast at the resort, hitting up the wild outdoor pool and playground for some fun in the sun. Oh, and don't forget the mini-golf course - we had some epic battles there! It was a total teen paradise.

We wished there was a cool DJ or a happening night event to keep the party vibe going for us young folks. That would've taken the vacay to the next level!

beautiful layout and super clean with extra everything - multiple pools and playgrounds, and just a stone's throw from top spots like christmas town in bush gardens. the fully equipped kitchen and excellent gated security were big pluses. and the friendly - helpful staff made our thanksgiving re-union even more special.

Our stay at this charming resort was truly delightful. The topographical beauty of the surroundings was stunning, and our spacious unit exceeded all expectations. The loft area with a pullout bed served as a comfortable second bedroom, and the abundance of windows filled the space with natural light. The bed was cozy, and the temperature control was easy to adjust. The extra pillows provided added comfort. We loved the touch of luxury with the included Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom products. The resort grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring the Manor House, playground, mini golf, and swimming pool. It was the perfect retreat for our family.

The persistence of the timeshare promotion staff. Despite repeatedly declining, they continued to pressure us to sign up and even brought in someone who became rude when we refused.
